FIREWORKS AND THE AFTERMATH
You say that you're careful and that "nothing will ever happen to me" but emergency rooms every year around the 4th of July see the dangers of handling fireworks. Fireworks are illegal in Massachusetts. If you want to see them, go see one of the shows that are put on by local cities and towns. To emphasize the dangers stated, I've made available some pictures of those who thought nothing would ever happen to them while handling fireworks. These might make you think twice. Be advised that if you are squeamish at the site of blood or anything like it, don't view these pictures.
